Learn to cook Artistic Tapas!
Whether you are a beginner, a keen cook or simply a food enthusiast seeking to try your hand and take your skills to the next level, our cooking school classes hosted by Master Chef Steven Saunders is the perfect ingredient!
This February we will be hosting a 1 day class where you will learn how to cook some of Steven’s most popular Tapas dishes as featured on The Little Geranium lunchtime menu in 2017. This one day course will cover 10 tapas dishes and include a 3 course lunch serviced with wines.
If you ever fancied the chance to learn to cook like a Master Chef, then this is an ideal opportunity.
The day’s itinerary will entail:
- Meeting at 11am with coffee at Casa Joy (Our villa) and discuss day
- 11.30am enter kitchen and watch Steven demonstrate the following tapas
- 2.30pm Break and travel to The Little Geranium in La Cala for lunch
- 3pm 3 course lunch served in our restaurant with wines
- Finish 4.30pm.

Tapas Day Overview
This class will entail the following:
- Making Tempura batter cooking prawns tempura
- Tempura fish sweet chilli sauce
- Making satay sauce, cooking chicken and beef satay
- Making a Thai curry for chicken curry
- Making Thai crispy beef and duck
- Crispy calamari, harrisa dip
- BBQ mini spare ribs
- Hands on working with croquetas and hand made mini burgers
- Spanish tomato bread with Foie
- Fried chorizo olives and padron peppers
A 3 course menu will be served with wine at our restaurant in La Cala.
